Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, host of a TV show and actress most well-known for her role as host of the popular daily talk show The Talk. She was born and lived in Little Rock. Sheryl is from a troubled family. She spent most of her growing up taking care of her younger sister Frankie who was afflicted by polio. She faced a lot of issues with her mother when growing up. Sheryl says that at one instance her mother stabbed her father for becoming too close to her. Sheryl became a member of the military soon after she graduated college. However, her love for comedy was always there. The show was named the first female winner of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, that was held in the year 1989. She began her TV work in 1992 by being a regular comedian on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She appeared as host of Oh Drama! as the host in 2000. In 2011, she began appearing as a co-host on the talk show The Talk. She's been in many fictional show including Bulworth Nikki Beauty Shop and others.
